What sets QJH apart from other forms of hypnosis is its multidimensional approach, where we communicate with much more than just the subconscious mind. How much hypnosis do I need?
We cover a lot of ground in 2 hours together, but sometimes additional exploration is needed to get down the multi-layered roots of a concern. I recommend a package of 3 sessions as a way to experience a fuller depth of transformation, but everyone’s path is unique, and every journey requires a tailor-made approach. We always discuss your specific needs and goals during a consultation call prior to your first session so that we can decide together what is best for you. Then you’ll have 30 days of text or Voxer support after your session to ensure you have a support system to keep you moving forward with confidence.
